Our Process

Our distillery, Tequila Las Americas is a third generation family owned agave farm and distillery located in the heart of tequila country Amatitan Jalisco Mexico. Traditional methods are used in the process of making Viejo Cancun Organic Tequila. The organic blue agave is harvested by hand. The heart of the plant is roasted and steamed in giant clay ovens. The agave is then crushed to release its sweet nectar. Then naturally fermented and double distilled to perfection in stainless steel.

From farm to bottle, our process adheres to strict USDA Organic and BioAgriCert standards, leaving only the pure taste of agave in every sip. !Salud!
